How many kinds of motor drives do we have in common?:
1. gear drive:
1) classification: flat gear drive, space gear drive.
2) characteristics: advantages, applicable circumferential speed and power range; transmission ratio accurate, stable, high efficiency. High reliability and long service life. The transmission between parallel shafts, arbitrary angles, intersecting shafts and arbitrary angles can be realized.
Disadvantages require higher manufacturing and installation accuracy and higher cost. Not suitable for long distance transmission between two shafts.
2. turbine spiral rod drive:
It is suitable for the movement and power between vertical and non intersecting axes of space.
3. belt drive: including driving wheel, driven wheel, ring belt
1) for two parallel rotating in the same direction, known as "open motion", "center distance" and "bag angle" concept.
2) the shape of the belt can be divided into three major categories: flat belt, V belt and special belt according to the shape of cross section.
3) the emphasis of application is the calculation of the transmission ratio, the stress analysis and calculation of the belt, and the allowable power of the single V belt.
The 4. chain drive comprises an active chain and a driven chain.
Compared with chain drive and gear drive, its main features: the manufacture and installation of low precision; the center distance is larger, the transmission structure is simple; the instantaneous chain speed and instantaneous transmission ratio is not a constant, steady transmission.
5. gear train
The gear train is suitable for the transmission between two shafts that are far apart. It can be used as a transmission to realize variable speed transmission; a larger transmission ratio can be obtained; and the synthesis and decomposition of motion can be realized.
