5 crane class load: this kind of load is characterized by a great impact at startup, so the inverter has a certain margin. At the same time, the elbow will be energy feedback, so you should use the brake unit or share the bus.
6, uneven load: some of the load is sometimes light, sometimes heavy, at this time should be in accordance with the heavy load to select frequency converter capacity, such as steel rolling machinery, grinding machine, mixer and so on.
7, large inertia load: such as centrifuges, presses, cement plant rotary kiln, such load is very large, so it may start oscillation, motor slowdown when there is energy feedback. A slightly larger frequency converter should be used to speed up starting and avoid oscillation. Eliminate the feedback energy with the brake unit.
